suspected of drunk driving. when the man failed to stop, that's when police started a a rsuit on old highway 75. the chasasended when the suspects vehicle rolled into a ditch just outside of salix. the driver died when he was thrown from the car. jenna: if you live in south dakota, you could be getting a new license plate soon. a new design is being debuted in january. here's the new look. the state decided to re-issue this new plate to replace any old plates that may be suffering normal wear and tear which could reduce read- ability. the new plate design will be available january first. tim: the ponca tribe is celebrating their 25th anniversary this weekend just a quarter of a century ago,o, u-s congress agreed to renew recognition to the ponca tribe. tomorrow a pow-wow is scheduled to be held in norfolk nebraska to honor the anniversary. jenna: what place does social media play in schools? well, one iowawa district says thth popular app snapchat has no place. dubuque schools

"it's a form of social media that seems to be some teens favorite way to communicate. well, bebeuse the school district says snapchat h absolutely no educational value. unlike other social media sites. snapchat allows users to send pictures and videos. after the rereiver views the image, the system will delete it. but..... that kind of distraction while in the classroom is the biggest reason the district's blocked the site from it's wi fi network. there is a way around it though. students are still able to access snapchat using their own cell phone data plan. and while students say blocking it on wi-fi doesn't seem
