in the iowa a democratic presidential caucus. the monmouth university poll shows 65-percent of likely democratic caucus-goers back clinton. tim: sioux city has another tool to help built the work force. e city received the 'skilled iowa counity' designation today. governor branstad made the formal announcemt at the sioux city convention center. the skilled iowa initiative aims to develop local economic benefits by creating more skilled employees. commit to supporting the skilled iowa initiative in their hiring process. jenna: a new streaming device that is out of this world was created by two young entrepreneurs. reporter rachel ramos spoke earlier today with the creators of galactic stream. rachel being a young professional is hard enough. but not for these two young men who have managed to have their very own business, all before the age of 25. i spoke with austin and setet tonner about their growing business. running a bubuness takes years of wisdom and experience, but that isn't stopping two young entrepreneurs from building a corporation of their own. "age is just a number. i think that if anyone says they're too young or too old, it's just an excuse," said seth tonner, developer of galactic stream. seth and austin tonner are both in their early twenties and have started galactic stream all on their own. galactic stream is a service that provides consumers with a small box that turns any tv into a smart television. it gives customers access to some of the latest televsion series and feature films, but it is different from competitors like netflix or hulu. " you have hundreds

and hundreds of thousands of options, and you're never paying a monthly fee again, there's no compition. there's no other company out there that's doing what we're doing," said seth tonnnn. and this isnsn where these brothers plan on stopping wiwi expansion. theheo- owners of galactic stream hope to... "take it tthe moon, that's our plan for expansion" said seth tonner. galactic stream has about 1300 customers right now, but these brothers hope to get distributers all throughout the nation. and they're learned a few things along their journey. "i've started a few businesses. some of them have failed and some of them are still successful today," said austin tonner. they've learned the importance of customer service when it comes to providing the ultimate stellar experience. galactic stream is unique because customers can call in to have their problems fixed immediately. "customer support is the number one thing," said austin tonner. their company places an emphasis on customer support and plans on having a fully staffed call center by january of 2016. rachel: the duo's business is based here in siouxland. their

prelaunch sale is on now until november 15th. customers can go online at galatic- stream-dot-com for more details. jenna: there are some water concerns in rock rapids after a water main break. that happened late yesterday afternoon when operators noticed no water was coming into the wastewater treatment plant. today, the d-n-r traced the leak to a break in a main underneath the rock river. and estimated 56 thousand gallons of wastewater was discharged into the river. the dnr is monitoring cleanup and repairs. many pet parents choose to i-d chip their pets just in lost, and here is a perfect example on how much out them helped reunite a girl with the cat she lost needless to say...they have a to do. say...they have a lot of catching up to do.

surprise that they moved into siouxland. fred hexom fhexom@kcautv.c om (fred) the hd radar shows a mix of light rain and snow north of highway 20. accumulation is not expected. the port neal welding company skycam hd time lapse shows mostly cloudy skies today, and we had a few snowflakes from time to time. 51 was our high today after a low of 41. the king's pointe skycam hd shows plenty of clouds in storm lake. the allergy report shows low overall pollen levels. highs over western iowa were in the upper 50s and lower 50s. eastern nebraska and southeastern south dakota saw 40s and 50s. 43 is our sioux city temperature. local temperatures are 30s north and 40s south. wind chills are in the 20s and 30s mainly. winds are northwest at around 20 mph with gusts as high as 40 mph. we're seeing some sghtly lower visibilty around spencer. the satellite and rada shows a big low pressure system to our east. we are on the western edge of the system, so the snow and rain will end soon. the stormcast hd shows

" " check, change, control... three simple words that have had a major impact on audrey lowman. she's struggled with high blood pressure since childhood. audrey joined the american heart association's blood pressure program called, check, change, control. first, participants learn how to check and monitor their blood pressure. (vivian moore, east lake ymca) we actually show them how to monitor it, and give them a monitoring machine and they keep a record of their blood pressure. the program includes an online tool called heart- 360, which helps explain and track factors that affect heart health- including blood pressure, physical activity, weight and cholesterol. the next step is to learn how to change your blood pressure. diet and exercise are key... the program offers healthy recipes, information on how to read food labels and easy workouts you can do anywhere. once you know how to check and change your blood pressure, you can apply those skills to control it. talking to your doctor and taking your medications are also crucial when trying to maintain a healthy blood pressure.
