a 150-plus mile journey from that base in maryland, sending f-16s in the air and officials on the ground scrambling. it was not far from here, in columbia county, pennsylvania, when the aerostat started to deflate on its own. and now a warning from officials for r ople to stay away frfr the balloon, even with it now back on the ground. linsey davis, abc news, columbia county, pennsylvania. a lot of questions over how that got loose. all right. lindsay, thanks. an attorney for the deputy who was fired for throwing a student across a clam says what the officer did was lawful and justified. his attorney s ss ben fields' actions were carried out professionally and he was performing his job duties legally, but in a statement released late lastthe school board chairman said educators and police must be held to a higher standard. and three students were arrested after this fight at a sacramento high school. the scene videotaped and posted to youtubebe the principal was pushed to the ground while trying to break up the fight.
