"(nats) students begging a bus driver to leave a 15 year old special needs student alone in this disturbing cell phone video. "why! why would they do that!" johnston middle schoolers were on the bus ride home thursday afternoon ... when police say 61 year old robert scarbrough got upset the victim wouldn't sit in his assigned seat. when the student responds with some strong words .... "the driver ends up striking the student in the face and pushing him in the flooooon the bus." a group of kids reported the incident they caught on camera a a deputy whohappened to be at the next bus stop. the student was

treated and released at the scene ... but investigators took scarbrough away in handcuffs. "it's disgusting" students at johnston middle school were quick to support the victim ... who they say may not have understood what was happening. "he's mentally challenged, he's always been really nice, and i don't think he knew what he was saying, i think he was just taught to say stuff like that." "he's very cheerful. he's amazing." officials with johnston community school district say scarbrough passed all background checks when he started working for the district at the beginning of this school year. they say he knew the student was special needs. "our drivers undergo o gular behavioral training as part of our positive behavior intervention and support system, and this person made a poor choice on how to handle a behavioral issue ." recipe to die for! he's in the mister food test kitchen with a treat with no tricks. alright, if by some crazy chance you forgot that this weekend is halloween, then right after the news would be a great time to run to the store and grab some trick or treat candy. and while you're there why not pick up a few things to make this haunting halloween spread. the first thing you're going to want to do is pick up a couple of cans of refried beans. those get spread on a large platter. on top of that goes a layer of store bought guacamole. now around the edges, we fancy this up with some shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and a bit of shredded mexican cheese. and while you're at the store make sure you get me sour cream d a can of sliced black olives want to those get sprinkled aroundndhe guacamole. now for the fun part, we put some sour cream in a plastic bag, cut the corner a a pipe it on top of the spread . creating 4 circles,
