decision of legalizing medical and recreational marijuana in the hands of their citizens. tomorrow the tribe will hold a referendum to see what people think. the people will be voting upon three different memos including medical usage of marijuana, recreational usage of the drug, and growing industrial hemp on the reservation. some citizens believe it will be a positive thing for the community and will bring in more money for the reservation.
