about it, 10 years ago, we hardly knew what gluten was, never mind trying to avoid it. today, restaurants and manufacturers are rushing to tweak recipes s d adjust labels to make s se they don't m ms out on the multi-billion dollar gluten-free market. but rather than running to the store to get some off-the-shelf product, what if i told you that you can make freshly baked english muffins right in your microwave that are gluten-free, very low ininarbs, and are downright tasty. all we do is mix some almond flour, (which is very popular right now) with a bit of gluten-free baking powder. once combined, we add in some canned pumpkin, a splash of milk, an egg and a little cinnamon. after this is smooth, shallow microwavable soup bowl and pop it in the microwave fo2 to 3 minutesor until the center sets. th's all there is to it. when it's cools, we have single- serve, freshly baked treats that are full gluten. now, we can serve this up in place of our old standby hamburger bun (without all the guilt)...or toast it and it+s just as welcome with a rise and shine breakfast. i do hope you'll go online and get the recipe for what we call, "easy english muffin," which is low in carbs and gluten-free. i'm howard in the mr. food teseskitchen, where today we found a "heathier way" for many of you

business -- and big businesses are hoping to deploy drones. this rapid growth in the industry is quickly turning pioneers into corporate giants. c-n-n's kristie lu has more "(cartman) whoaaaaaaaaa from being ogled b b cartman on south park. to crashing on the lawn of the white house. if you see a drone, it's probably made by d-j-i. the company behihi the distinctiv "phantom" is the leader in consumer drones with an estimated 70 percent of the market. but what you might not realize is that this industry pioneer -- is based in china. (paul pan, product manager, dji) "we base our technology and our manufacturing and our r&d here in china because everything is much more accessible, it is quicker to develop products."
11:50 am
(kristie lu stout, reporter)"being in china has its advantages. dji can design a part in the morning ----nd drive to a nearby factory and have it manufactured that afternoon." and looser regulations than the u-s mean it's simpler for d-j-i to get their drones in the air in china. (paul pan, product manager, dji) it is easier to go out and just test and fly here, whereas if you're in the us you have to get licensing and all that to be able to do things commercially. that is one our advantages. the u-s has begun allowing a limited number of companies to test commercial applications for drones. the u-s is also d-j-i's biggest market -- but according to one analyst, being a chinese company could prove to be a problem. (colin snow, drone analyst) "it kinda blocks them out a

little bit from getting involved in any government projects because nasa for instance is prohibited from doing any work directly with dji. so in the commercial world, where we'll see more and more aircraft being developed, the disadvantage is there for dji." d-j-i has a commanding lead in the consumer drone market - making it one e a new wave of chinese companies that are global giants. and d-j-i sasa it's down to the company's history of innovation. (paul pan, product manager, dji) "we innovated with our phantoms, with our drone line, with our professional cinema line of equipment, and it comes down to us being seen not as a chinese company, but as an international player." kristie lu stout " jessica rae: scott's up next with a final check
