tim seaman kicks off our tribute... with the stories of two siouxland men who servrv during world w w two. music in background tim seaman just like the names and dates etched into headstones stretching from arlington national cemetary to sioux city's graceland cemetary, america's greatest generation is fading, taking with them, the stories that only they know. tim seaman neither kermit lee or bob derflinger faced live combat. "maybe i didn't have the biggest part in the service but i still feel good about it," said d b derflinger. . "think of it as the e best 4 years of my life, didn't see alot of hard ship like some people always made me feel good," said kermilee. tim seaman now members of american leghion post 662 in sgt bluff, this pair says veterans day is the perfect time to share thier memories. tim seaman a farmer, kermit was sowing oats the day his draft card showed up in the mail. a massive sinkhole in mississippi swallowed as many as fifteen cars saturday night officials say the sinkhole opened up at the parking lot of a brand new i-hop. the hole is about 50-feet wide and 600-feet long. there are no reports of anyone being injured. investigators were scheduled to start working sudnay t tfigure out why the sinkhole opened up.

"recently, we've had a few viewers asking us if we have a recipe for chipped beef, or as some people call it .sos. well, i can honestly say, before now, i've never made it, even though i've eaten it lots of times. and although it's not a trendy recipe, when we fifi diner or a truck stop, we can count on some good eatin'. so, let me show you how easy it is to make. the first thing we do is soak a couple jars of sliced dried beef (that we've cut in strips) in a bowl of warm water. and if you're not familiar with dried beef, you can find it right along with the other canned meats at the market. while that soaks, we stir
