not a fan of. the $607 billion bill bans moving guantanamo bay detainees to the united states, something he was trying to do since he was sworn in as president. the white house says the president will sign the bill anyway. now to the investigation of a deadly small jet crash in akron, ohio. the owner of the plane that went down yesterday afternoon says there were nine people on board. authorities are only saying there were no survivors. we should know more details about the accident today after investigators do some of their work at the scene. abc's brandi hitt has more. >> reporter: this is where the small plane went down in akron, ohio, crashing right into a home. >> we have a plane into a house. heavy fire. we have a lot of wires down. >> reporter: flames and thick black smoke could be seen for miles. >> all eph a sudden this plane just dropped out of the sky. >> it sounded like gunfire going off. >> reporter: the hawker 25, which can carry ten passengers,

akron when it crashed during landing, killing the pilot and co-pilot. investigators, though, aren't sure if there were any passengers on board. >> there were no survivors on the plane. >> reporter: federal sources tell abc news it appears the plane suffered some sort of mechanical problem. >> it was disintegrated. it just was gone. you could see the engine. >> reporter: investigators believe no one on the ground was hurt and no one was inside the home at the time. >> i just was in shock and i was crying and upset. and i lost everything. >> reporter: the fire that was so intense they have yet to remove the plane and understand the true magnitude of the crash. the faa is already on scene and investigators with the ntsb also arrived overnight. they expect to have more answers once they can sift through the rubble this morning. reena and kendis. >> thank you so much, brandi. more than 100 bikers have been indicted in connection with that shootout at a texas restaurant in may. the bikers were charged with engaging in organized criminal

activity. nine of them were sxild 20 others injured in the wild melee which broke out at twin peaks restaurant in waco. charges against the remaining bikers will be considered the next time the grand jury meets later this month. also in texas some new details about the man being investigated for attack a judge in austin. schemmin onieri has been charged with murder in an unrelated killing in houston. he's expected in court in that case. the same gun was used in both crimes. what's more, he was due to appear before the judge soon in a fraud case. >> when you're sending people to prison and you're sending people to death row not everyone's happy with that. >> records show that he has a long criminal history. the judge is still recuperating but she's expected to be okay. fantasy sports sites are in the penalty box had in new york state. the the attorney general says

into possible excessive force. it reflects the new caughtn tape world that may change policing. >> is he being arrested or detained? >> he is under arrest. >> for what? >> reporter: the police had been called to the apartment after complaints about loud noise. as the encounter unfolds, the students immediately whip out cell phones and start recording from multiple angles. cell phones rolling, the studentstsssert their rights, questioning the officers' authority. >> do you have a warrant? >> i don't have to have a warrant. >> reporter: finally, all hell breaks loose. the officers grab one student, pushing him outside. he's tased and beaten with a baton. a screaming female student is also dragged out. cell phone rolling. >> i just really hope that's on video. >> reporter: when it's all over the students post the videos on social media and the chief of tuscaloosa police took action, naming the officers. >> once i started receiving the videos and watching what occurred, i was deeply disturbed by it and disappointed.

anti-semitic comment as he entered the courtroom. and after the sentence was pronounced he declared he'd do it again. but the three people he killed 18 months ago were all christians, not jews. miller is 74. some new details in the meantime about the man being investigated for attacking a texas judge. charged with the murder in an unrelated killing. today on those charges. sources tell our houston station that the same gun was used in both crimes. and what's more, onyeri was due to appear before the same judge soon in a fraud case. three tuscaloosa, mlabama police officers have been placed on administrative leave with pay while they're being investigated for using a stun gun and a baton during an arrest. the incident was caught on several different cell phones. abc's pierre thomas with those details. >> please lelego of him. >> reporter: you're watching a confrontation between police and university of alabama students that sparked ainvestigation

this morning, the investigation ohio. the small plane crashed into a home, burst into flames. down says there were nine peoplele on board. authorities have only said that there were at least two deaths and that they don't expect any survivors. those on the ground. the impact so severe residents several blocks away said their furniture shook. >> all of a sudden this plane just dropped out of the sky. >> and it just blew up. and it just sounded like gunfire going off. >> s srces tell us it appears the plane had a mechanical problem. federal investigats are on the scene. they expect to recover the bodies of the victims today while collecting evidence. three men have been charged in what prosecutors call the single largest theft of customer data from a u.s. financial institution ever. they say the men stole data such as names, addresses, e eails, and phone numbers of more thanan 83 millili customers of jpmorganchase. other institutions were also hacked. they are then accused of using that information to generate

hundreds of millions of dollmrs in illegal profits. >> the conduct alleged in this case showcases a brave new world hacking for profit. it is no longer hacking for a quick payout. rather it is hacking in support of a diversified criminal conglomerate. >> two of the men are being held in israel. the other is a u.s. citizen believed to be living in moscow. the u.s. is now seeking their extradition. the storm that brought winter conditions to yosemite national park now headed to denver. the park blanketed with three to six inches of snow, the first snowfall this season. it means thahathe badger pass ski areaeahould open as scheduled a montfrom today. rangers could open tce rink next week. and downpours also fell on northern california. traffic was snarled. and there were quite a few fender-benders and spinouts. this storm intensifying, posing a threat to millions of the middle of the country.

okay. on this veterans day an incredible story about a young woman who nearly died in afghanistan and went on to become a champion snowboarder. >> her spirit and refusal to >> her spirit and refusal to powerful reminder of everything our veterans sacrifice for the we're up all nightline with abc's bob woodruff. >> reporter: united states marine corps veteran kirstie ennis is on a new mission. she's trekking 1,000 miles across britain along with five other vets to honor the sacrifice of fellow vets who can't walk with them anymore. they're placing dog tags with their names along the route. >> i lost 25 brothers. whether they were killed in action or they came home and they lost their fight to ptsd. >> reporter: kirstie nearly lost her own life in june of 2012. she e s serving as an aerial gunner in afghanistan when her helicoptpt went down. >> the first six months after i got hurt my life fell apart and itas falling apart in front of me. i had no job. i had no teeth. i couldn't communicate to my family.

i couldn't even identify who my family really was. >> reporter: the crash left her with a shattered jaw, a broken leg, damage to her spine, burns, a hearing impairmeme, and traumatic brain injury. doctors told her she would never walk again. but she did more than walk. after 38 surgeries to repair her body it was healing power of snowboarding that gave her life new meaning. >> you had never gone snowboarding before you were wounded and now in the world of paralympics you're number 5 in the world in terms of snowboarding? >> correct. yeah. i'm ranked fifth internationally for women's paralympic bordercross. >> reporter: she is on track to compete in the 2018 paralympics. >> yes, i am considered disabled. i am classifieas a disabled person. i'm handicapped. but if i can go and i can do somethininlike this that i couldn't do before, i mean, that gives you the power and the strength to try to want to overcome anything at that point.

her west chester estate, and police believe she was murdered. her husband eugene is one of the biggest mcdonald's franchise owners in the country. detectives say she died of blunt force trauma. no valuables were taken, and there was no sign of forced entry. much more on this mystery later on "good morning america." more than 100 people have been indicted in connection with that shoot-out at a texas restaurant in may. they were charged with engaging in organized criminal activity. nine of the bikers were killed. 20 others injured in the wild melee, which broke out at a twin peaks restaurant in waco. if convicted, they could face long prison terms. three tuscaloosa police officers have been placed on administrative leave with pay while they're being investigated for this incident on the univivsity of alabama campus. after a noise complaint escalated, you can see one student being hit with a taser and later a police baton. the police chief said he was deeply disturbed and disappointed by what he saw on the cell phone video. overseas russian president vladimir putin huddles with his nation's top athletic officials today.
