and its not too early to start planning for the big day. one of the most popular sides is the stuffing... and howard has a recipe that will make you the talk of the holiday spread. "with thanksgiving next week, we're starting to think about what we're going to serve to make this year's feast a little different. i'm not talkin' about serving anything bizarre, but what i'm suggesting is you shake things up a bit by giving some of our basics. a welcome facelift. let me show you a twist on stuffing we just came up with. we started by cutting a french bread into 1" them in the oven. sauted some onions and celery in a bit of butter just until they were tender. now in a large bowl we combine some chicken broth, a few beaten eggs, some freshly chopped
11:43 am
parsley and a handful of spices. once that's all mixed, we toss in our toasted bread and our veggies. one more quick toss and we pour it into.get this, a bundt pan and into the oven it goes for 45 minutes or so. you see, making this in a bundt pan not only makes it look fancier when it's baked, it allows it to cook faster. when pou serve this on a platter next to all your holiday fixin's, get ready for lots of oohs and aahs. this is not only pretty to look at, it's downright delicious. so why not go online and get our brand new recipe for, "bundt pan stuffing," so you can dress up your holiday table with a side dish that'll be talked about all year long. i'm howard in the mr. food test kitchen, where today we found a "fancy schmancy way" for you to say . "ooh it's so good!!" jessica rae: if you would like a copy of that recipe you can send us a self addressed
