"and because we don't ve a vetting press that would work for syrians, i've called for a hault until we get certification om the intelligence agencies and the fbi that we do have a vetting process to make sure no terrorists come in with oth refugees." there are reports that at least one of the isis terrorists in ris had recently registered as a syrian refugee in greece. tim isis used a can of soda to bomb a russian airliner, killing more than 200 people on board. this picture has surfaced from an isis magazine showing the bomb was hidden inside a soda can.

this comes just a day after top russian officials announced it was for sure a bomb that had taken down the plane. the explosives experts say the bomb may have been detonated by someone physically on the plane. jenna a sioux city manaccused of sexually assaulting a 13- year-old is pleading not guilty . jenna 20 year old alex anderson is accused of having sexual contact with the girl in an intensive care unit waiting room at mercy medical center. anderson told the police that the two were kissing and he put his hand under her clothes. he due in court march 29th. jenna we now know the names of the three people injured during an explosion in lytton ( iowa. earl moore, manuel ruiz and dana boom were all injured at proliant processing plant. moore's injurieses were life threatening and ruiz's injuries were severe. but boom was treated and released. moore and ruiz were welding inside a storage tank when the explosion happened. the state fire marshal is still

caused that accident. tim a hearing held today failed to clarify if south dakota will still allow online fantasy sports. the commission of gaming was asked to weigh in on the issue by attorney general marty jackley. during that hearing a representative of draft kings and fan duel said the contests they hold are not gambling under south dakota law. the industry has been under scrutiny following allegations of insider trading. in the end, the commission claimed it didn't have jurisdiction over online fantasy sports, failing to provide the clarity jackley had hoped for. tim: we already know online fantasy sports betting isn't allowed in iowa, but why? as one of six states that doesn't allow for sports fans s participate, there continues to be a push to lift that ban. a-b-c-9 news reporter deborah souverain takes an in depth look at this issue tonight at 10. learn what laws would need to be changed and if there is enough support to do so.
