live in sioux city elisa raffa abc 9 news. tim: thanks elisa, for that report tim: sioux city drivers are experiencing their fair share of today's snow storm as several people were spotted downtown and unable to move. some drivers stopped to get gas to and began to make hotel arrangements until the driving conditions lightened up, while others just were just plain stuck. "i was just trying to go up this hill and i just kind of got stuc it's kind of hard, it's a little different living in a place where there are a lot of hills so," said jordan schultz. some drivers told abc 9 that the weather caught them off guar,..others say that they are surprised that it hadn't come sooner. city and state plows remain on the road tonight... reporter bria bell joins from 19th and hamilton ave where local drivers experienced especially tough going... tim: reporter bria bell

employees wallet. sioux city police are still looking for the suspect. tim: today presidental candidate ted cruz was in sioux city at a town hall meeting at briar cliff university . prior to the event i sat down with the the presidential candidate and iowa congressman steve king. "they've been playing on fear in order to score political points, or to said president tim seaman so do you expect to sit down with him when he returns to the united states ? " my response is if he wants to insult me come and insult me to me face," said sen ted cruz. "ya know it's easy to toss a cheap insult when there's no one there to respond. let's have a one on one debate about his syrian refugee policy and his foreign policy. the problem stems from the very top. it stems from president obama's refusal to acknowledge radical islamic terrorism. he stands up and bizarly says the islamic state is not islamic. now that makes no sense," said sen. ted

still have trouble affording their health care? with more, here's abc news senior medical contributor dr. timothy johnson. script: has your wallet ever kept you from seeing to your health? some patients, to avoid paying a copayment or deductible, are dodging their doctor. and they're not alone. according to a report just released by the commonwealth fund? those everyday health care costs are unaffordable for 25% of working age adults, even though they have private health insurance? they interviewed nearly 3000 adults across the u.s., finding that 1 in 4 have premiums, deductibles, or out-of-pocket costs that are high, relative to their income. and it has a real effect. people with

there's nothing like turning on the radio, or abc9 news, and finding out you have a snow day. but spirit lake and western christian might have other opinions on the weather after their state championship games scheduled for today were postponed. as we found out last night, the ihsaa decided to delay day two of the state football championships until monday due to the winter weather warning across most of iowa. it's the first time the association has ever delayed the championships. the wolfpack and indians are both scheduled to play at the same time as they would have today. western christian
