joining us tonight im tim seaman jenna: and im jenna rehnstrom out of the storm two separate domestic dogs were apparently tim: dogs that family in alta were found shot in a ditch. meanwhile another family in lakeside reported their dog missing the same day. it was found dead on sunday, in a neighbors backyard. our own lukas voss was in lakeside today and has more on the story. thanks tim and jenna ... the dimig family who lost their dog in the tragic very much shaken up as roo was family . kids from the neighborhood the dog after the dimig's had started a search themselves and also took to facebook to look for help ... and while this certainly has them rattled it has also brought somebody new into their life ... nats: mother explaining vo: it's a day and a place not soon forget.

family contacted jen after they had heard about roo ... and offered them their puppy ... the familt lost one of their own .... but also gained a new friend that will walk the streets for roo ... it's certainly not roo but beau is definately settling in nicely. the sherrif also told me that it can happen that dogs wander onto somebody's property and end up being shot but it is extremely rare. from what they know now ... the dogs were shot with either a pallett

students and faculty were hosted thier annual christmas party y r mid-step servrves, opportunites unlimited anan siouxland residential services. guests from those organization say, the party is the favorite part of the holiday for some of their residents.
