the plane was said to have crashed in an "inverted" position. jessica rae: the man wanted by police in the niobrara nebraska area is in critical condition. after authorities say 25 year old david hoffman, of santee, shot himself, while federal and tribal police were attempting to take him into custody. hoffman was on the run after assaulting and disarming a niobrara police officer. he's currently in a nebraska hospital. jessica rae: over the weekend, a suspect fled from authorities , took them on a high speed chase, and then crashed his car into a downtown business... iowawatate patrol wawainvolved in thth chase... but different law agencies handle those situations differently. iowa state patorl procedure states, "officers ll, whenever possible, seek alternative apprehending suspects vehicle pursuit trooper john farley says he knows these situations are but he and fellow troopers are well equipped.

"officers will, whenever possible, seek alternative methods of apprehending suspects when it is likely a vehicle pursuit will occur." if you happen to witness a pursuit involving law officials... you are advised to stay clear of the area until deemed clear. jessica rae: south dakota has one of the strongest bans on speed cameras in the nation and now they're taking things a step further. yesterday the state of south dakota banned the sioux city police department from electronically accessing their driver registration data for the use of speed camera citations. the city was once able to electronically access that information... to locate the addresses of south dakota drivers who are caught on speed meras. o o o y's move is

"certainly, we know that a lot of pregnancies in this country are unplanned, so having accessibily to something than can prevent pregnancy is good for some women." while dr. danielle hay has praise for the intent behind the increased accessibily, she's concerned about what some women may give up if they don't have to go to their doctor for a prescription. in her practice at siouxland women's health care, dr. hay says she counsels patients for about 20 minutes before prescribing contraceptives. that helps her find the best option for each woman, something that may be ntrol is available but, the biggest concern is the look at overall wellness might be missed if yearly check-up. dr. hay says, "we look at blood signs, weight, we issues. i always ask who their primary care doctor is, who their dentist is, making sure they're measures like wearing their seatbelt, wearing sunscreen, so we talk about a lot of things, so it's a lot preventing pregnancies in these young women."

"right about now all those charges made during the starting to roll in. are going to be for the next few go-along that is quite tasty and packed with nutrition. to begin we coarsely cut up some cabbage and place it in a large pot along with a chopped onion, a bit of salt and about a cup of water. we cover it and let it boil for a few minutes. once it does, we drain it and place it back on the stove and stir in a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, some milk, a pepper along with a jar of chopped pimentos (that we've drained really well). until the cabbage is flavors come together. and with cabbage being one of the most reasonable and healthy veggies it's just what we year. and when you

urging animal owners to be on guard after a disturbing case of animal cruelty involving horses. the owners of several horses in north bend have discovered their animals have been targeted. miranda christian reports. "(nats) "come on blue." bruce and vickie tompkins have a small ranch with several rescued horses and donkeys. . when they went to check on the animals sunday morning, they saw two of their horses were missing their tails. (bruce tompkins) "you could just see it was cut off with scissors." the tompkins said it feels like their home

"real anger, you know, it's the horse's only line of defense against flies, and the tails are. to see them chopped off like this, it takes them so long to grow back." rusty is a miniature horse and used to have a tail down the groundndwhile blue lost about two feet of his tail. the tompkins said when they looked online they found horse hair can sell up to $400 a pound. (vickie tompkins) "they take the hair off the horses tail to make a hat band, or make hair extensions to put on some high dollar show horse, i'm p- o'd." another woman in raymond, nebraska shared photos on facebook of two of her horses also having their taiai chopped off. the tompkins want to make sure horse owners are aware that someone out there is doing this.
