reporter: "do you leave your car unlock when you station or to heat your car up?, asked the reporter. i do," said franklin. city police department, leaving your car running and unattended on public property could result in a fine. since august of 2015 sioux city has tnessed about 165 stolen vehicles that were repepted to the department. for a criminal citation under the sioux city municipal vehicle unattended said harstad. locking yourehicle to prevent car theft message law enforcements want "the sioux city police department is urging residents not to leave things in car such as your wallet or car titles, because that's an easy way for thieves to steal your identity," said bell. police say the 15- year-old was a runaway. when police tried to pull her over, she took off, reaching speeds of 100 miles per ur. that ended in a crash, but the girl is okay. charges are pending. tim: an investigation is underway after a body was found in an early morning house fire. that happened in breda, iowa. the sac county sheriff's office and the auburn fire department responded to the fire, which had already destroyed the home. the person living there hadn't reported to work that morng and this afternoon a body was found inside. the state medical examiner and state fire marshall are investigating. jenna: a notorious mexican drug lord has been captured after nearly 7 months on the run. mexican officials confirmed earlier today that joaquin "el chapo (chaw-po)" guzman has been recaptured after escaping prison for the second time. guzman is the leader of a notorious drug cartel. at one point, the dea wanted the druglord here because he's been charged with
