after she was discovered out in the cold...more than a day and a half after she vanished. deborah sheniqwa hayes was found tuesday in rural moville. she was discovered on a private property about 50 yards from her car. it appears she left her car running and walked east ... until her walking became eradic and she turned around....then collapsed on the side of the road. "when i saw the footprints blowing in like they were, i knew she was walking for a while. we didn't have a stitch of wind yesterday. and to see those footprints covered up in snow. i knew it was very windy so i could tell she was out overnight." deborah it's not clear why hayes left her vehicle. she is currently in intensive care recovering from the incident. a rock valley man will be spending more time in ison...after setting up a meth lab in his home. 29 year-

e oscars airs right here on abc...on suday february 28th. we'll be bringing you pre-oscar coverage leading up to the show.... that starts at 7 p-m... so be sure to tune in . deborah:a billion dollarmerger could mean big busineses here in iowa. in december, dow chemical company and dupont announced they would be merging. thag giant will finalize the merger by late this year. after, they plan to separate into three companies focusing on specific agricultural needs. however, they haven't decided where those companies will be. the city of johnston is hoping dupont pioneer's headquarters will be considered. the city is working with state officials in hopes of being a top choice. "we hope their decison is this is where they want their headadarters to be. we're ready to show them why that should be their decision." deborah dow-dupont said they are not releasing which cities they are considering for the company headquarters. those decisions

months. a major ag expo at northeast community college is wrapping up today.... and the public is invited to an open discussion on the state of the roads in nebraska. paul huges has these stories and more. "the nebraska department of roads is holding a series of resional public meetings this month - including one in columbus tuesday. the gathering will have an open-house format with no scheduled presentations by ndor or the public. it's slated for 5 to 7 tuesday night at the holiday inn and suites in columbus. madison county may be in need of a new backup generator for its courthouse. at tuesday's meeting of t county board, commissioner ron schmidt said the generator is started periodically to make sure it is in running order; and theheast timemet was started, the engine "over- revved." schmidt said he would check into what a replacement power unit would cost, but he thought it might be about $15,000. the 29th annual northeast nebraska farm and equipment show wraps up today at the chuck pohlman ag complex onhe campus of northeast community college. the event runs until 4 p.m. and includes seminars,

thursday as temperatures are currently sitting in the 30s and 40s across a majority of the region. the wind is pretty calm between 5 and 10 miles per hour from the south. the satellite and radar imagery shows some clouds pushing through the map. here's a check of our stormcast hd where we'll be enjoying some warmer temperatures again today. this afternoon, we'll have temperatures rise into the upper 30s and we'll even get into the 40s in northeast nebraska. moving through the overnight hours, a cold front will approach. this looks to quickly snap back in some arctic air for the weekend with highs in the single digits and teens. today your high is 39 in sioux city under mostly sunny skies. the overnight low is 17 with flurries and breezy conditions. tomorrow we'll reach a high of 19 with cloud cover early followed by afternoon sunshine. here's your 7 day forecast.
