the 4500 now sea-weary ssengers thankful to be on dry land. >> i'm alive. m alive. this is insane. reporter: againnd again, we heararstories of fear, of f passenrs saying as the shi was being pounded by 30-foot waves s and windusts toppi 100 miles per hour sunday night they thought for sure they would not survive. >> some people were absolutely terrified. it was scary. >> reporter: some are still questioning the captain's judgment to venture out to sea with severe storm warnings in the forecast and wednesday night, royal caribbean apololized to its passengers in a statement t lling the event exceptional and sayiyi the our planning system that we are addressing. what happened this week showed that we need to do better. >> something went wrong. we either didn't interpret the forecast correctly or we will do a complpletete review of the situation to see if tre's any way to change our procedure, processes to do anything to make sure this doesn't happen.

unusual. we've cruised many times and i guess they keep them at stations to the cabins anthere were no life vests luckily we had our own personal snorkel vests and my sister was wearing it throughout the -- >> you guys have been on cruises before. wasn't your first rodeo. >> we have. understandnd this, y had a panic attack. >> oh, yeah. >> even though you were -- >> beyond. >ven though y were e ld to stay in n e cabin, you had cabab fever.r. hahato get out. . >> we were probably -- we were all together probly in the room for 20 minutes if that and then we left. yeah. i couldn't do it and the crew members were even telling us get back to the room and i said, no. i'm not going back. >> i hate to use the phrase but you said you felt like you had a "titanic" moment. >> i felt that way when the captain came on the actual loudspeaker teing us to get back to our rooms. he didn't sound very convincing that it was going to be okay so

couldn't breathe. i had a guy rubbing my back up the stairs saying it's going to be okay. when everyone is freaking out like that it gives you a lot of anxiety. >> not everybody was freaking out. charlotte, you're 10 years old. it was your birthday c cruise. >> yeah. >> and your daddy aneveryone said you were having a good time eating c candy and stuff. what was it like for you? >> it was kind of scary since i w the waves and they wer basically almost crashon to our terrace.e. and the room ibasically tilted althe way down like a ramp but when it wasn't moving i just ran down and then i fefell on the bed. it was fun b still really scary. >> yeah, because your daddy was there for you and you had toe coerned, papa. >> it was very concerning but we tried to me the be of it. >> you said you got to eat canandy and got quality time wityour dad, one-on-one time with your dad so there was a bonus there. you heard in linsey's report the response from royal caribbean saying that there were some gapsps and stuff. looking back, what do you all

somethindifferent? >> yes, it came to my attention from a meteorologist friend of mine this storm had been forecast up to week before and i've been watching the news since we came on land and th say even 24 hours before, the forecast was very accurate as far as what we were sailinin to. so, you know, in retrospect, the captain did maneuver us through the storm, but i thinke was instrumental in getting us to the ststorm and at's what i i ink needs to be addressed how do we prevent this from haening again. >> the big lesson here. show of hands. who is going to go on a cruise ip again? >> look at you. >> a few shaky hands. charlotte was right up. quite a daughter you have there. >> she's a daredevil. >> hey, thank you all very m ananfinding the humor inint. i know it had to be e me very scary moments and ank you for shing your story.

headline for the millions of americans frying to lose weight. two-thds of u.s. adults are classified as overweight or obese and aew study from johns hopkins says those popular weight loss centers that so many us may not be helping. dr. jennifer ashton is here with the details. what's going on? >> if you are overweight or obese and in my office i would likely counsel you about the importance of losing weight and then might likely refer youou to e of these weight loss centers to help you because thihis is an ordeal. so what this stutudy did, they did a report card in an urban area of medical weight loss centers and what they found, ty didn't do so well. there is a lot of room f improvement. one of the findings was about 1% only follow the actual medical guidines in helping patients lose weight. fewer than one in three are actually supervised by a physician. and only about 3% are recoendi the proper amount
