$1 bills to $100 bills. just 4 days ago the man in this video was seen passing out counterfeit bills and police say they need your help in apprehending him. it is believed that the man has tattoos on both arms and behind his right ear. sioux city police is asking folks who might have information to contact crime stoppers at 712- 258-tips. tim: someone shot and killed a chicago man in cedar rapids, iowa. police are still investigating what happened at an apartment complex. officers arrived to find two gunshot victims. one of the victims, 25-year-old joseph perkins, died at the scene.
