having mountain snow possibly up to 1 foot. that's welcome news for ski areas. >> the mountains had a pretty good snow late afternoon -- yesterday. a few snow showers on radar you don't see a lot in the high country because it is very light but our weather watcher in georgetown is reporting light snow and we have a few flurries on the eastern plains in deer trail player . tonight another good round of mountains now. it's a cold when out there a lot in the single digits and teens 14 below for alamosa. one in craig 18 in boulder 17 and dia 40 in fort collins 12 and greeley. patchy dense fog has developed

collins. again at georgetown weather watch reporting light snow just under 1 inch accumulation overnight some patchy fog up there around fort collins and the greeley area and some snow coming in from the high country. that is good news. for denver today it's going to be a cool one but mostly sunny it looked that we will top out in the 30s coming up will talk about the broncos forecast and the mountain snow. a developing story the fbi has arrested a notorious criminal in the metro area . the final member of the masked bank robbers. >> the fbi considered milo mason one of the most dangerous man in the country. pleasing him on the fbi's ten most wanted list. on november 18th mason and two accomplices robbed of his bank in lakewood.

wearing scream style masks. they stole an unknown amount of cash. the rest of the other two accomplices almost weekly but basic escaped trying to steal two cars in his getaway he shot two people including a woman with her mother and a man who is trying to cooperate. he put federal investigators on their highest available alert saying mason was in extreme danger to society . he's connected to six bank robberies and there there were also violent in their nature. including a september 30th robbery in this -- at this other lakewood bank it also robberies out of state. stop the fbi worried he may have left colorado but they found him just 7 miles from the beers headquarters. he surrendered without incident. >> the fbi says mason was found without the help of a public tip so that 100,000-dollar reward

he faces a laundry list of charges including attempted first-degree murder and aggravated robbery. three teens were trapped in were rescued but a 16-year-old the other two were trapped lance was underwater for at least 35 minutes. >> they are such amazing kids so nice they would never say a mean thing and it such a sad thing to happen to such innocent people. >> at last check max is still in the hospital in critical condition robinson is home with family. another ice rescue to tell you about this time in englewood three boys at 75 yards out onto the lake at centennial park . the rescue team from denver fire arrived and told the boys to get to an island. they used inflatable boats to
