at him. an -- andrea flores is live for us tonight >> reporter: that man remains in critical condition. deputies say she was shot multipill times while driving here on i-70. the men responsible are on the loose. a scary morning for a kansas man driving eastbound on pulled up and opened fire. it all started just before one critic friday -- 1:00 friday morning, when deputies responded to mile marker 352 on a reported shooting. >> the man is deep in a dich on the westbound side -- ditch on the westbound side. >> reporter: deputies found the victim shot multiple times.

local hospital by flight for life in critical condition. the motive for the shooting is still unknown. the driver of the blue honda is described as a white male with curly hair, wearing black hoodie and khaki shorts. the passenger of the vehicle also described as a white male wearing white shirt and black pants. if you have any information that could help the depose, give them a call. an injured man in lakewood found laying in the street. he died. he was in the car with his sister-in-law. when the two got into an argument, he jumped out. the vehicle went on to hit power poles and traffic signals. no word on who was driving at the time. a man accused of killing his neighbor in centennial.

included the 911 calls from the victim in this case. police lyons shot his wife and two neighbors who trying to help. dr. ken atkinson was killed. jennifer brice joins us live from the arapahoe county courthouse. and you heard new details about this case. >> reporter: that's right. detectives testified though there were some issues in the marriage between the suspect and his wife. they could not find a clear motive a shooting happened. the suspect was channelling and dancing at times when left alone. he tried numerous times to hug officers and told them he loved them. at the time of the arrest, lyons allegedly asked an officer, are

statements are bizarre. his wife told police that her husband just snapped on the day of the shooting, that he came at her and started shooting, and that is when ms. lyons went outside and encounter herd two neighbors who tried to help. dr. atkinson was shot in the head and died. and liz lyons also testified that her husband had been acting weird for s times. she even suggested that he go to the hospital. a pastor is being extradited to colorado on child porn charges. he was arrested in portland, oregon, where he works as an executive for the united methodist church. he is being transferred to the denver jail on charges of production of child porn. this indicates the

constitution. the raise the bar campaign gained the signatures to get the initiative on the blood. it would make it more difficult to amend the constitution. you would need 55% approval for that amendment to pass and collect signatures from voters all over the state. not just denver. colorado's constitution has more than 150 amendments. the u.s. constitution has been amended 27 times. it has been a long recovery for a denver police officer that tonight we're getting a closer look at how serious the injuries were. and how summit county is turning to residents to create more affordable housing. >> and the flash flood watch remains in effect over southwestern sections of the state with the moisture stream continuing to push across the area and inching toward denver!
