in grand junction. satellite sxa radar is quiet for now. there's a little bit of fog near fort collins but for the rest of us we're dry and a pop of rain near lamar. we are going to see more rab throughout the day today starting in the high country but that's not until after lunchtime. so you will see it in the mountains and some of that skirt in the denver area after 4:00. then we could see rain on and off throughout the evening and tomorrow morning we cloud cover and some rain down to the south and a chance for more showers on friday from the western slope into parts of the high country. there could be snow in parts of the high country. temperatures for today, 76. a little bit warmer today and most of the day is on the sunny side. lunch outside with these cooler temperatures. 73 in boulder and fort collins

antonio, a shooting caught on camera. >> the man with a gun is a waiter at the little red steak house apparently a couple customers got into a pushing and shoving match tuesday over a wrong order. >> the customer went towards the waiter and hit him and said you messed up my order since the beginning and he started hitting on the waiter and the waiter never hit b dodge the hits. >> the customer did not want to be identified but the waiter tried to scare the man off. restaurant management says they're putting up signs saying do not bring guns on to the property. a high school football player may have to sit out when the season starts next week.
