defendant. the judge says one year after the incident he can feel the fear coming off of this woman. finally, the judge said, if he had a gun in a similar circumstance come he might have used it. >> reporter: this is 23-year- old antonio marcus arbigast of aurora. he will be spending the next 60 days in jail for impersonating a police officer in a public lace. the adams county das office says he was driving a 1991 brown subaru legacy rigged with lights, wh pull over a woman on colfax and moline after 1 in the morning, may 18, she responded by calling 911 to report a man with flashing lights was trying to pull her over. but she did not believe this man was a cop appear >> he believed what he was doing on that night, enough to put the flashing lights on. >> reporter: arbigast worked as a security guard. >> anytime you impersonate a police officer you are violating public press. in this particular case, she had flashing lights. there was no reason for her to

town of amatrice. 267 people are dead following wednesday's earthquake. today, emergency crews closed a badly damaged bridge, they are working on finding alternative roads so that that part of town is not cut off. hey, ed, what do you know? scattered showers. >> we see nothing going along the front range at 2:00 this afternoon, further to the north and east, heavier showers and storms. storm warnings went up. as we begin to see these move into the area, they all died down and not much comes into denver at all. that is pretty much the situation right now. we've got those storms to the north and south, little ones trying to get going. still some moisture in some areas, we will see on and on storms through the evening hours but off to the west, still have that moisture flow. tonight into tomorrow, still have a chance for showers and thunderstorms. here is the hour by hour
