more native american tribes are joining in the fight against a pipeline. >> the tribe says the pipeline would contaminate the water on the reservation. it would transport crude oil from north dakota through several states into illinois. tribes from across the country are now making their way to the reservation to support this standing sioux. >> we have this all related to each other, brothers and sisters. we care just like a family does. >> the tribes argue the pipeline violates their treaty rights. the visitors say they'll stay in north dakota for as long as they can. crews trying to figure out how to remove a national guard helicopter that got stuck in the mud after an emergency landing. the apache komentder went down in a muddy field because of

thunderstorms. we did have one. a flash flood warning for kit carson county. those storms are moving into kansas. and the warnings have followed. we had a couple of showers and thunderstorms move to the south. a few over the mountains, and that is about it. if you look at where they are and where they won't be in a couple of hour, they just die down, and for thursday, a few isolated storms kick across the eastern plains, not doing much. friday a different story. a greater chance for showers and thunderstorms over the metro the border areas. we'll keep an eye on those friday night. and is on saturday, look at all the moisture we have pushing right over the front range by 4:00 pm! so saturday, another chance for showers and thunderstorms, sunday dry, monday looks like a nice day. let's of moisture across the u.s., especially the south. hermine, winds 40 miles an hour, only moving north at 2 miles an hour! so plenty of time
