" -- -- selflessly. . protestors in charlotte are demands to see video of the fatal police shooting of keith scott. they are mostly peaceful. police allowed them to stay beyond the midnight curfew. they did fire tear gas to clear them away from a highway at one point. scott's relatives privately viewed footage of his killing the police chief is not releasing it publicly yet. their attorney couldn't tell whether scott was holding a weapon as police claim. the family of a black man killed in tulsa says they will not have justice until the officer is convicted. she's been charged with

0. >> reporter: he's accused of killing 71 -year old woman who suffered multiple skull track churs after she was just trying to help. boulder county has been searching for him. she invited him into her cabin to wait for a ride and collins beat her with a fire poker. she remains in the hospital in serious condio surfaced we spoke to the victim's son who has been by his mother's side since the brau tall attack. >> she's chiming in on this phone call i'm having with this sergeant and he told me they had him in custody and i think the first thing i said is you got him and he said yes, we got him. he's in broomfield and we're going to transfer him to boulder county tonight. i just looked at my mom and i

colorado springs. right along this i-25 corridor there's a red flag warning with a high fire danger. last night we had a couple thunderstorms blasting up with the moisture coming in. the first major system of fall i should say for us this big low moving through salt lake city now. once this moves through today we're seeing rain pick up in the mountains and high mountain snow developing. developing at noon. some of the higher peaks south of vail may have light snow flying around there. a push of moisture as the low comes through so later this afternoon on into the evening we could see showers and thunderstorms from denver as the front swoops through and gives us a cool weekend. 08 # to 90 across the eastern plain. look at the contrast up in the

you can head up to orchard or down to dry creek and access back over to arapahoe. colorado secretary of state wayne williams is responding to a cbs4 investigation on dead voters. last neither when our story aired, secretary williams released a statement reading if part, "while vote fraud is rare, it does indeed occur" and he's working to make sure all incidents are prosecuted. our report st examples of votes being cast in the name of people who died months and years later. dead men and women still listed in colorado as eligible voters. brian moss told colorado secretary of state about a woman in colorado springs who died but voted four years in a row after her death.
