satellite and radar quiet and dry. we will stay that way today. cool start to the die, we will see temperatures in the mid- 70s. pleasant start to the day and afternoon as well. we will talk about a warmup coming in a moment. joel, how is the drive? >> couple of trouble spots out there. on the highways i think you'll like the on the ramp to i-70s. we have another accident on eastbound along i-67. am we've still got the ramp that's closed as you get from arapahoe to northbound i-25. alameda, that is closed as you get into the westbound direction.

news for folks this morning. the arapahoe county sheriff's office wants to find 15-year- old jasmine tolliver and her 4- month-old son dante. they were last seen about 10:00 last night. the baby needs medication for seizures. tonight marks the first of three presidential debates, could be the most watched debate of all time. some political analysts say they think this debate number of viewers. here we have the latest from new york. >> reporter: a new "washington post" "abc news" poll has them in a dead heat heading into tonight's debate. experts say the outspoken republican nominee, trump, will have to demonstrate policy expertise. >> his best lines of attack are anything that challenges trustworthiness.

identity of the victim. this morning the world is remembering a golf great who made the game popular if the masses, arnold palmer died yesterday. palmer was 87 years old. we'll look back at his incredible life in golf in just a few minutes. major league baseball is morning the loss of one of its brightest stars. jose fernandezd boating accident. kelly worthman explains what went wrong. >> reporter: early sunday morning they spotted this overturned boat near miami beach. >> it came up to the vessel, noticed the navigation lights were on and there was debris in the water. >> reporter: they discovered the bodies of three men. one of the victims was 24-year- old jose fernandez, ace pitcher for the miami marlins. >> it's a tragic loss not only

state of florida, major league baseball and anyone who met this gentleman. >> reporter: fernandez was a young pitching phenomenon. he was still a minor when he was drafted. he quickly became the franchise's all-star pitcher and was named the rookie of the year in 2013. inside marlins park fernandez's number is displayed on the game board. sunday game against the atlanta braves >> the way he played and the way he was on the field, that is the way they can honor jose. >> reporter: baseball teams, players and fans are paying tribute to fernandez. florida investigators are still looking into the deadly crash where they say speed was a likely factor. >> there is no indication of alcohol nor any type of illegal drugs involved. >> reporter: none of the three men on board were wearing life

>> a life cut too short, too fast. okay. time to look now at what's making news on wall street before the opening bell. >> we go live to the stock exchange with your money report. >> reporter: futures are a bit of a lower open this morning, the dow fell 130 points friday. two former wells fargo workers are suing the bank for they were fired or demoted because they didn't meet impossible sales quotas. earlier this morning they fined wells fargo because workers opened millions of fake accounts to meet the seams goal. they say they encouraged them to cheat customers so they could drive up the stock price. they are testing drone technology. the shipping company partnered

a little warmer here in denver than we were yesterday at this time. 39 in greeley. 30 degrees in limon. 36 out in wray. a bit chilly out there. a as you head out south. high country, 29 in leadville, 28 in gunnison. 38 in steamboat, 33 in craig and 37 in pagosa springs. satellite is quiet for now. we stay that way for today and the next several days. mostly y temperatures a little cool this morning. mid-70s. yesterday we only hit 68 here in denver. about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday as well. you'll notice the time ticks away on future cast, but not much activity. you may get a few clouds here and there. overnight tonight, probably not as cold as today. clear skies again tomorrow. we aren't going to see much go on for us for the next several days. nice fall weather. we get warmer as we head towards the middle of the week.
