low 80s. we'll be warmer than yesterday. we'll talk more about that in a moment. right now, let's check in with joel. >> we have some construction projects out there. we have some ramps closed on to i-25 this morning. of course, we have i-70 in havanna. santa fe might surprise you north bound i-25. you're rerouted as you continue north bound on santa fe this morning. we have an accident ohio and right as you get in the town of lakewood you have equipment where there's police activity going on. a lot happening alongside streets and some of the ramps but it's volumes out there. >breaking news in denver this morning. a house taped off just north of jewel this morning. >> scene rushed out of the news room to get there. he's just arriving.

what are you learning? >> you mentioned just getting on scene and able to get a few details from denver police. this is what we see behind me as they're closed off. denver police telling us someone shot into a house at this location. no one injured. at this point they're trying to collect more evidence and learn more about what happened and who may be involved. there'an behind me. some police officers have been going up and down the street next to me searching around other houses in the neighborhood. they are still early in this investigation but again happy to report no one was injured in the shooting. going to collect more details from the police and bring that to you throughout the morning. >> scene, thanks. first presidential debate had both candidates working bases

20% of voters according to the most resent poll remain undecided and i think most of them probably still are. debates are defined by moments. while there were memorables one from this debate, i'm not sure there was any one moment that changed the course of the race. trump was definitely on the defensive more. i think the bar was set pretty low for him and he managed to at least clear it. while the polls may move a is still high stakes. cbs4 news. >> let's go to other news this morning. a california fire forced more than 300 people from their homes. still burning out of control burning a thousand acres in the santa cruise mountains. this is 30 miles south of san joe say, california. firefighters are dealing with high temperatures and fast moving flames. so far, it has destroyed at

american experience. president obama officially dedicated the national museum of african american history on saturday. >> a cleveland, ohio man fighting for his life and helping to raise money to help fight cancer. he's doing this in a very unique way dressed as super man. andrew was dressed as the man of steal in his final cancer treatment. he's been battling brain cancer and going ug last november he was diagnosed with the deadliest form of brain cancer. even though, he still worked a full time job and built a running team and took part in his son's wedding and there for his daughter's graduation. he's thankful with a fighting spirit. >> he's been able to tolerate the treatments very well. he's lead a full and active life and going back out into the world to continue with that. very active and fulfilling life. >> i've never been changed
