presidentialcandidate tim danee and donald trump's son held rallies a few miles apart. political specialist shaun boyd joins us and shaun you talked exclusively with both men about the debate and exactly what's next. >> reporter: yeah. this was of course a very nasty debate maybe the ugliest in history so there were some tough subjects to unpack with tim kaine and eric trump i asked trump's son about the tape in which his father made >> how is it with the tape. >> we had an amazing debate and he think i was proud of my father for saying sorry about his words but it's amazing i think actions spiel speak louder than words when you see hillary's actions over the last 30 years pertaining to women it has been awful. >> reporter: trump is here on a 4-day swing through colorado and held a business round table this morning and will be meeting with oil and gas industry executives and veterans while here.

states trump needs to win to win in november. hillary clinton running mate tim kaine rallied democrats with musician dave matthews at the western stock show complex. i asked him about the question last night regarding new leaked e-mails and which clinton said politicians need to take different positions publicly and privately. is it okay for politicians to have a different position depending on who they talk to? sigh seen message to anybody you -- sincere mess ogeeage however you talk to if you are motoring to buy a car you put the bottom behind down if you are in a legislative environment and you work to an outcome but the key is sincerity. >> reporter: kaine said cos raildo and verge are the fire walls if they stop trump in one or both states they believe

both men coming up at 6. karen. >> thank you. hillary clinton will campaign in pueblo wednesday. she had urge supporters to make sure they are registered and return ballots early once they arrive in the mail next week. the last time hillary clinton campaigned in colorado was august and she talked jobs during a visit in commerce city. paul ryan says he will not defend trump and ryan says he will not campaign with him again. instead the speaker will use the time to shore up for republican congressional races. a defiant trump tweeted paul ryan should spend more time on balancing the budget jobs and illegal immigration and not waste his time on fighting the republican nominee. trump's running mate is standing behind him. mike pence says he never considered leaving the trump ticket. >> he literally embodies the spirit of america.

>> pence says trump has shown humility apologized and is ready to move past the controversy. broncos head coach gary kubiak is taking the week off after first responders rushed him to the hospital after yesterday's broncos game. broncos said the coach suffered a complex migraine. we know he did not feel well during the game but stuck it out even talking with reporters afterwards. michael spencer live preparing for live in >> reporter: it was interesting. everyone ione we talked to at head consider everyone we talked to seemed -- everyone we talked about seemed positive and upbeat about the long-term health and status with the the team. john elway met with the media at 2 this afternoon. he said he was at the hospital last night with gary kubiak and said gary was released this afternoon and was on his way home but doctors recommended that he take the entire week off so the broncos will knack

rejoin the team one week from today. >> michael thank you. also tonight, at 6, we will talk to a doctor about complex migraines and how frightening it can be for any patient who had a small stroke. there are no leads in a murder in denver's rino neighborhood this morning. it happened in the 2700 block of larimer outside a bar. someone shot two men one a 29- year-old died. the victim has been eye kent fied as tyrone -- identified as the fight moved outsite side after starting in the bar and detectives don't know if it's related to the fight a lot of people were inside likely after a watch party of the bronxos and employees -- pronkos -- broncos. employees said they were not allowed to leave and neighbors are not surprised. >> there's always drama and fights especially on sunday nights. most times you can't get to the alley i have a hard time getting into my property to

school district across colorado warned parents about threatening hoaxes by people dressed as clowns. the clown threats are being

plains is on the dry side and a little activity and known. there's been lightning and light nipping on the western slope as we zoom in. you can see near the delta area storms mong moving through and aspen there's been lightning heading towards granby and el paso county here in denver on the dry side but there are a few storms and a little snow near marble. a wider look of what he happening we have storms in the midwest right now. and we are watching our next system. the next front up to the northwest that will make the way towards us we are in a zonial patry and -- pattern and we have a cold front making its way from the a sighing northwest. it heads our direction tuesday afternoon and evening and behind that we will have colder temperatures coming our way on wednesday. so it is going to get a bit chilly around here if the 70s are too warm but they will come back quickly. so looking at futurecast for the rest of the evening. skies are cloudy as we head into the overnight hours. that rain and snow starts to clear out a bit. and we will see a little more of the early tomorrow morning

here in denver we should stay dry throughout the morning hours. but there's chance for some afternoon and evening thunderstorms and rain showers most of them staying in the high country. but a couple are possible to roll on through for us. looking at temperatures for today, we hit 79 officially at dia. 77 in the denver area. the average is 68 degrees. so we are well above that today. and our temperatures right now not too bad. it's fairly might. 82 in ray and 76 in denver and 79 in greeley. 57n 75 in grand junction. weather watchers at rifle club reporting 82 for us west of leaders so it's a little warm in the eastern plains. tonight cools off kneesly and we will be at about 53 in denver. 51 greeley and 49 in burlington and 44 in frisco and 43 in craig and 52 over in grand junction. for denver forecast tonight in the low 50s. so 51 for us. 49 at dia and a few more clouds that build for us and tomorrow, we have a chance for rain.

but temperatures not too bad. we have 77 in denver. 76 at dia and across the state tomorrow, 76 for us here in denver. 08 in greeley and -- 80 in greeley. and lots of 60s and-- 50s in the high country. the western slow 69 degrees in craig and 74 in grand junction. for the five-day forecast tomorrow we drop into the mid- 70s and wednesday behind the front, we look at 50s but we bounce right back by thursday. >> we do the weekend looks with coach kubiak out john

michael spencer live at the view house sen tanial and everyone is so glad to hear that coach kubiak is back at home and out of the hospital. >> yeah karen we told you earlier coach kubiak left the game in an ambulance and spent the night in the hospital with what the team is calling complex migraines but he will be good to this week. joe decamillis is going to be the interim head coach when the broncos head to san diego thursday night. gary kubiak will rejoin the team on monday. john elway said it made the most sense for joe to be named the interim head coach for a number of reasons. of course this is a short week and john is hoping that naming joe decamillis will provide the least disruption as broncos get

>> he paid his dues no question. but everybody on the staff could have taken it. that's how good we feel about our staff but i think when you look at what everybody game day responsibilities are, what was the best thing for the football team at this point in time with rico on offensive side and wade on the defensive side i didn't want to have anything you knowload their books up more than they he were loaded. >> you want to do what you can to help the team win and that's how i ultimate trust in the guy and he is trusted me with something that's important and i want to do as well as we can. >> now the feeling from nearly everyone at broncos headquarters today was upbeat and positive about gary kubiak's return. all this covering up the quarterback issue. a source tells me plan is for trevor siemian to get the start thursday in san diego. speak of quarterback issues csu still has an ongoing quarterback issue.
