developing tonight felony charges after a pair of high school football players are accused of hazing. isis attacks another city to create a diversion. hackers up the ante with a massive attack on the internet. >> it is terrifying. von miller on playing against brock osweiler. >> you are playing one of the guys that you bled with. developing tonight two evergreen high school students arrested accused of harassing and threatening classmates. both play on the football team. lauren dispirito live at evergreen. they had again. what more are we learning about the allegations? >> reporter: a spokeswoman for the sheriff's office tells us the alleged hazing were bullying happened not once but several times on school property. each time targeting the same

the evergreen high school football team took the field friday night without two of its players. jefferson county deputies have arrested two male students on suspicion of felony menacing and misdemeanor harassment. for months deputies say the students both sophomores and football players have been bullying four of their peers. monday the situation escalated when one of the two students allegedly threatened the group with a piece of broken glass. students tell cbs4 staff go out of their way trying to prevent bullying. >> i think this high school is probably the best one in the state that has lowest bullying. >> it should stop. everyone has been talked to about bullying and not bullying. >> reporter: in addition to the criminal charges and being kicked off the team, the two students have also been suspended from school. live in evergreen, lauren dispirito, cbs4 news.

jogger attacked in a popular denver park and now police are asking for your help to catch the bad guy. stan bush live in stapleton tonight. a lot of families that hangout in that park. >> reporter: that's right. this happened right on this system of trails, this is a very popular park in the center of the stapleton neighborhood which is one of denver's safest neighborhoods. another reason why people are so shocked about what happened. denver police released this sketch after an incident 11 days ago where a woman was xu stapleton park. neighbors say they are looking out but admit the image is too basic to pinpoint the suspect in real life. >> it was hard to say that i could say that was one person or not. >> reporter: police are looking for a 6'0" hispanic man. he was wearing turquoise shorts and has brown hair and eyes. and he's athletic. on facebook friends of the victim say she was stopped by

she continued on and didn't hear him chase her because she was listening to her music too loudly. >> you hear about them all the time and as i said the kids, we tell them to do things together. and be careful in the park. >> reporter: this is it -- this happened in the middle of the day according to the same source the woman was attacked when she ran downhill out of the side of the runners in the park. the suspect groped her and fled when she screamed. >> when i go running i don't even think something especially in the daytime something like that could happen. >> reporter: incidents like this are rare in this more shocking. >> it's a little scary for sure. yeah. >> reporter: still very little information to go on but if you do recognize that suspect from the story call denver police. live in stapleton, stan bush, cbs4 news. now to new information on the people behind the violent robbery at a liquor store in jefferson county. three men and a woman stole booze from that store at woodmark plaza near peakview and wadsworth. during the getaway they fired shots at a witness. no one was hit but this was a

there's a daycare right next door. we caught up with the father who rushed over to pick up his kids. >> ever i realized that her teacher told me that they were in the playground once they heard the shots, then kind of got a little bit more real for me. unfortunately this -- we live with this every day. >> reporter: police did find the getaway car. and arrested two people. antonio lewin now facing charges for conspiracy to commit murder and theft. and there's a waan darren connolly's arrest. the other person in custody is juvenile. copter4 was up over a crash involving a school bus in denver. two cars collided at 39th and fox. one of them careened into the bus. 34 students were on board. five of the students and the driver of one of the cars went to the hospital but police tell us the injuries are not serious. did you have any trouble using your favorite websites today? if so you're not alone. dozens of popular sites like

jeff todd has been learning more about this attack. do we know yet who or what is behind this? >> reporter: we don't know who. here's a basic breakdown of what happened. very likely that you and your pc are doing just fine. but when you type in an address like twitter.com, there's a directory in between that takes the words and changes them into an ip address and this directory is what got attacked by hackers all day long. stumping you from getting to your favorite website. >> the industry today experienced what we call an internet traumatic event. >> reporter: dale drew is the chief security officer for level three communications one of the country's biggest internet service providers headquartered in broomfield. security experts spent most of friday monitoring and reviewing the cyber attack going on. >> it is terrifying. this is a significant evolution in the attacks base as far as

last year the broncos defense gave up 18.5 points per game. this year 18 points again. so pretty much the same. the one big difference is when the points have come. last year the broncos did not give up a first-quarter touchdown until there is a game of the season. this year they've given up a td on the first drive in four of the six games. teams are often using running backs and tight ends in the passing game. which led jon gruden to suggest the broncos should play more in a while, has he? we have not played as well as we wanted to because we didn't win. but we're still doing some good things. i think we're still first in pass defense in the national football league against a lot of top passing teams and quarterbacks. we're 4-2 and still instead of 6-0. >> we asked what will barack do the most on monday night against the broncos defense.

traveling to take on unlv tomorrow afternoon. cu taking on stanford. sefo liufau returned to his starting role after missing a few games due to injury. for a bit looked like the bucks -- the bus might stick with steven montez but would have been hard to keep sefo liufau on the sideline. he's the clear leader. not just physically. he is also extremely mentally tough. and our te sefo liufau. and he just kept pushing and kept going and kept working. he had mistakes here and there. but now that we've got a good football team around him, now you can see how good he is. du hockey on the road. visiting michigan state. scoreless until the third but the pie was able to put a pair in the back of the net. du would hang on to win, over the spartans.
