and we learned about a guilty plea in another case athina munoz was charged with hitting and killing a couple on a motorcycle. it was last february in franktown. and investigators say munoz was drunk. brian and jacquie lehner died. she pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicular mom side while driving under the influence. four other other counts were dismissed and she will be sentenced in january. the investigation in -- shooting of a man shot on uvalda street. kelly werthmann is live. it's not clear what he he was doing in the area. >> reporter: well police are staying very tightlipped on this investigation but they did let us know today that the shooter in this case has been released. and that has the victim's family upset and demanding answers.

>> reporter: according to family he is the stranger who walked into two homes on uvalda street sunday afternoon before he was killed in this front yard. >> he is like i think i am in the wrong place but was very responsive. e it didn't seem he knew who he was or what was happening. >> reporter: asking we not reveal his identity this neighbor says the victim walked into his home and was acting zombie like. >>i don't know if he was on drugs or crazy but he seemed the second home, and was asked to leave, neighbors say the victim reached for his waistband. that's when someone shot and killed him. >> from what it looked like he was bothering hem and something must have -- him and something must have been up. >> reporter: now something that's interesting to note is that swar-- suarez's home is a few blocks away from where he was shot. his sister believes was

developing tonight the investigation into a deadly accident involving a tour bus in palm springs, california. sunday's crash killed 13 people dozens more injured. at least four are in critical condition. investigators were back on the scene to to try to recreate what happened. they did do note bus slammed. >> the back of a semi on the way back from a in the accident. an accident creates a mess in aurora a truck that hauls dumpsters tipped on a car at 23rd and emporia and the car was heavily damaged. no injuries to report. the latest now as more people are allowed back into their homes of the wild filed injunkins wild fire southwest of pueblo it got going a week ago and burned more than 18,000 acres. it is 50% contained. crews don't expect full

along with 17 outbuildings and investigators say that it was sparked by a downed power line. in tonight's "healthwatch" about 3500 babies die every year from sleep related deaths. >> now the american academy of pediatrics is issuing new recommendations for safe sleep for infants hoping to decrease deaths from sudden infant death syndrome. cbs4 health specialist kathy walsh joins us and they want babe dwrois sleep in parents dr may have more -- bibies to sleep in parents bedrooms. >> reporter: the theory is they may have more covers in an environment with another person. jessica and her meon say makes sure the 2-month-old is close by. >> so we can see her and keep an eye on her and listen to her breathing. >> reporter: that's right in step with new guidelines from the american academy of pediatrics. to help decrease the chances of sudden infant death syndrome and other sleep related deaths.
