>> the fbi has obtained a warrant now to begin reviewing the newly discovered e-mails, but there is no word on when that review will be complete. in a new poll, most voters say they aren't swayed by the new fbi probe, but 30% say it makes them less likely to back clinton and half of those democratic. as the race tightens that could certainly make a big difference. >> nine more days. >> can't wait. >> the fbi is moving used by hillary clinton's top aid. the bureau received a search warrant this afternoon and now investigators are reading through thousands of e-mails. the fbi will determine if those e-mails are pertinent to an investigation into the clinton's private e-mail server. at a florida rally, clinton avoided discussing the issue. >> a lot of noise and distraction, but it comes to

a halloween party turned deadly overnight. neighbors say three men were shot outside as they celebrated a young girl's birthday. two of them did not survive, the third remains in critical condition. >> it was really unexpected because we usually don't get that down here. it's just really sad. >> reporter: they said the 37- year-old, one of the men killed, had a lot to live for. >> he was an outstanding young man who was in his prime and that was really motivated his future. >> reporter: randall remembers ashley as a shining star in her career development program. >> always on time, well mannered, well dressed and it really hurts, you know, really hurts that this has happened because we saw great potential in terrance. >> reporter: sunday his facebook flooded by messages from friends and family. while police worked to track down the suspect, the community is asking for peace. >> it has to stop. good lives are being taken, especially african american

. there is new information on the death of a colorado springs firefighter. germane fry died saturday after suffering a heart attack. the fire chief says fry was recently hospitalized for an injury he suffered during training. his death is considered a line of duty death. fry had previously worked for the aurora fire department. we've learned the 31-year-old was engaged and his fiancee is expecta are assessing the damage after another earthquake hit the country's central region overnight. the 6.6 magnitude earthquake caused a historic cathedral to crumble. entire villages have been reduced to rubble. this was the strongest earthquake to hit italy in nearly 36 years. the country is still recovering from a quake in august that

the fringe. and new tonight at 10, an amazing story of survival. a woman who had been missing for five days was found alive yesterday in the wreckage of a car crash. this was a scene in san bernardino county, california. someone alerted authorities. it took crews an hour to pull the woman out. she was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life- threatening issues. for the first time the u.s. case on transgender rights. it centers on the 17-year-old who wants to use the boy's restroom, but the school board objects. no nationwide legal precedent may emerge from this case, however. the supreme court remains one short of full membership following the death of a member in february. >> if the supreme court just has eight justices and they divide 4-4, then the lower

way. today wasn't too shabby to finish out the last weekend in october. we started out with a ton of fog. that was replaced by high cloudiness all day long and despite the clouds, we are warmed up to a well above normal, up to the mid to upper 70s today. here's the satellite and radar. large picture for you. the cooler air that slid in and created the fog this morning is kind of sitting over eastern colorado here. still have a high pressure ridge under everything here from sections of arizona, new mexico into colorado and texas. at the deep trough of low pressure out here in california. in california it's been raining in northern california. watch what happens. this high pressure ridge is strong enough to kind of hold everything up. so the business end of that storm system goes into the northern rockies and up into kansas day. we -- into canada.

of those high, thin clouds move on out of here. mostly sunny tomorrow. early in the morning we might just get a little light rain up into the northern rockies, but that's about it with that cold front coming n-otherwise we're going to be mostly clear across the state. my forecast for you tonight, we're looking for a low about 52, mostly cloudy, a little breezy. tomorrow mostly sunny, breezy for halloween and mid-70s, not too shabby at all. for all the ghosts looking for candy tomorrow night, it's going to be 57 at 7, maybe a little breeze blowing from time to time. then breezy and cooler on tuesday for the first day of november, 65. 50s and 60s for wednesday and thursday. back to the 70s on friday. this is really good. nothing next weekend, but on monday, monday, we have a chance of rain coming our way and don't forget to set your clocks next weekend, too.

this season, broncos this. coming into this season, the broncos had split with the chargers. the broncos defense was not about to let philip get a season sweep. a little on rivers. an zone got the best of rivers today. the biggest play of the day, the right place, right time for this interruption -- interception. broncos do without number 21 today, but still got the three interceptions. the deflection led to a touchdown. broncos defense sacked rivers four times today.
