facebook post that claims deputies are using social media to track the protestors. the local sheriff's department says that is false. about 140 protestors have been arrested at the construction site of that pipeline since last week. a crash involving a school bus and commuter bus leaves five people dead in baltimore, maryland. this is the news across america at 6:30. that school bus first hit a car. then a pillar and finally the transit and no students onboard. the school bus driver and five others were killed. one man in the neighborhood heard the commotion. >> i heard that the crash happened and i can't believe it being how the traffic conditions were light. >> the coroner will determine if the 67-year-old driver of that school bus may have suffered a medical condition that led to the crash. and a cop in santa fe, new

witnessed by two people. one being someone other than a family member. the measure does not however require anyone witness or record the person taking the medicine. exceedingly difficult to know if they were coerced at this point or not. while coercing a person is a serious felony under 106 the initiative gives them immunity to anyone acting in good paying. you would have to prove negligence, recklessness or intentional misconduct. oregon has not had a case of abuse. but there are a lot of holes in the reporting there. and on the last claim there are doctors for and against this. bottom line the measure has a lot of protection built in and there are valid concerns unintended consequences. and as both sides point out this is a question of life or
