are coming up with criminalizing homelessness. honolulu and dallas were also named in the report. you can read the entire story in the links an info section on cbsdenver.com. a woman tried to blackmail broncos star von miller for $2.5 million. she reportedly wanted the money to keep from going public with a sex tape they made together. we are learning a judge granted a temporary restraining order. >> we obtained court documents t well. our kelly werthmann is live at mile high stadium. and von miller has not commented on any of this yet. >> reporter: and neither have his attorneys karen, despite sour calls to get more information about this case. as you mentioned we obtained a copy of the case filing and it reveals the woman in the sex tape video went to great length to sell it. according to court documents

used her cell phone to record a man named doe and her having consensual sex in june in mexico. smoking gun reports that it is von miller. von miller shared this vacation video on twitter showing him and women in cancun around the same time the alleged tape was recorded. court documents say miller told ruiz not to share the sex tape asking her to her phone. instead, ruiz reached out to a sex tape broker in california to help sell the tape. tmz is reporting she tried to sell the video to them, but she rejected the offer. now, she is trying to get $2.5 million in exchange for the ownership of the video or she will release it. she says she wasn'ts to be the next kim kardashian.

miller's attorneys say she is trying to catapult herself to fame. we also tried reaching out to ruiz. especially an her many social media platforms. but she did not return our calls for comment. reporting live in denver, kelly werthmann, cbs4 news. >> thank you kelly. we have new developments as an adams county court sends two counterfeit denver bronco merchandise. they were accused of selling the bogus jerseys at the flea market nearly a decade. they sold more than $800,000 worth of counterfeit goods like these before being shut fun by federal investigators. the ring leader got three years probation. fined $7,500. his brother mitchell also got three years probation.

front after another. some of those come through our area, mostly dry fronts cool us off a little bit. and we warm up once again. near 80 degrees today. we think this is going to change everything. a storm system sitting off the coast headed for colorado. let's go back to the colorado storm center with lauren whitney. this looks like the real deal. >> this could actually bring us winter like weather and make us feel more like we are in november. we have an area of low pressure, it will head toward colorado starting wednesday. so wednesday night, there is a areas start to get some snow. lower elevations off to the west may get a little bit of rain at this point. by thursday afternoon, and evening we are may have some of that here in denver as weapon. could be rain for us to start. rain snow mix later on. the eastern plains could pick up a few inches as well. it is possible we get moisture here across the front range. if it gets cold, we may get snow out of it. for the western slope into the high country, we are talking

on wednesday night and go through thursday night. late, late thursday night. some of the lower elevation areas maybe two to five inches of snow. once you get into some of the higher elevations. maybe five to ten inches of snow. and, it is going to be great to see the snow. we definitely need it around here. here at denver, the possibility of snow exists and we will track it as it gets closer. the head of the storm system, the winds will kick up meaning high fire danger. >> it really does. the skiers are ecstatic because of the winter storm watch. same full-time frame, we have a high fire danger through 7:00 p.m. wednesday. you can see not much is going on. tomorrow, just a few clouds push into the area and you may see a shower or two crop up over the mountains there. take a look as we get into thursday. maybe rain showers sprinkles around here. then we could see some rain mixed with snow moving down to denver. a little snow passes through. an then, it is gone. so it doesn't last all that
