mall. no one was inside and no injuries reported. that fire did not spread to other homes. there are new developments of a woman's dog shot by police. officers say the dog was aggressive after it got loose last month. she says the video tells another story. >> a dog getting loose from pitbulls. a responding officer said these two dogs jumped up on his cruiser. he gets out and says this terrier grould and took an attack stance. you can hear gunfire.

telluride. and all of our weather watchers reporting mostly clear skies tonight. the snow we have today in new england. they have snow in new york state, pennsylvania, the great lakes seeing some snow showers. the west front is just starting to come on shore. just trying to come into long but some sprinkles. some wind is coming into the state gusting 25-40 miles per hour tonight and we'll keep that wind in the forecast along with some increasing in the clouds as we go through the evening overnight hours and today and tomorrow. another thing, see here these mountain wave clouds appears it will be forming along the

play havoc with our temperatures which will be all over the place. rain tomorrow night and monday. we have already in the western mountains. somewhere between sunday night into tuesday can get snow. warmest along the foothills. mostly 40s in the high country with 50s on the eastern plate and a few 60s on here is the 5-day forecast. monday and tuesday a little bit of rain could roll through the city. i don't expect it to be too heavy. nice for wednesday and thursday. look at that, right into the weekend, a seasonal stretch of weather coming our way. aside
