slipped, wasn't secured tightly. the older sister is able to save herself and run free. the little boy, though, the toddler, he fell inside. immediately an adult comes over. luckily he was able to pick that manhole up with his bare hand and immediately the second guy comes up. he goes down in there to get the little boy. now, at first the video is in color, but then it turns to black and white because it's the time of day where the lights come on and everything turns to black and white on footage, but just three minutes later, watch what happens right here. you see the man's hand, he's reached up and now they are pulling him and the toddler out of the sewer. >> was the toddler injured? >> the toddler was injured. he had a concussion and a fractured skull. he's expected to be okay. >> how is that thing so insecurely covered? like a piece of wood on top. >> okay. normally they are secured.

>> pretty much no one that can't help. older people that aren't physically capable, they might be able to pass cold water out to a volunteer swinging a hammer. another person might not working hard but have extra cash they can donate. >> what's going to happen with ms. diane, what's next to her? >> social media awareness program, someone donated a camper and got her moved out of that dog kennel and now she's got a home for the time being. >> how important is social media to this campaign? >> social media has been huge. also been a tremendous help. it would be completely impossible without it. >> how would you describe the situation right now in louisiana? >> better than it was. people are able to go to the grocery store again. people do for the most part have what they need. it's more than anything people can't go home. some people are in their homes and what they are facing is black mold. black mold is terribly dangerous. it's very bad for the respiratory system. it could kill you. i'll just say that it's better, but it's not good yet.
