japan are reaches out to some of asia's most energized economies. finance ministers and central bank governors from japan signed an agreement at a meeting in india. it's the first time they held discussions. japanese aso attended the meeting. he stressed that the administration of abe considers the relationship particularly important. the participants agreed to make it easier for japanese companies to raise funds for local currencies. they also produced a plan that would see a liquidity in u.s. dollars to any country running short on the currency. after the talks, aso expressed hopes that the talks would have
