a cedar rapids man who led police on wo high speed chases - one involving a school bus crash - is sentenced to the maximum possible possible.47-year-old jameme surrett was given 15-years in prison.this summer, he pleaded guilty in change for having other charges opped. dropped.in february, surrett slammed into wo hicles, including a cedar rads
