this morning, russian airline officials are saying there's no way a technical fault crash in egypt. egypt.a russian government plane brought the bodies of 144 passengers to saint petersburg this morning.an aviation official says the plane had broken up at a high altitude before it crashed on saturday morning.they say that narrows down the cause of the crash -- russian officials say they've now found the black box , and that it's in good condition.that will shed more light into what happened.a number of european and middle eastern airlines have suspended flying over the region for now.today will be a national day of mourning thourghout russia. a deadly halloween night in new york left three people dead when a car plowed into a group of trick-or-treaters. treaters.right now, authorities are looking into whether a medical emergency

back into their dorm room after a fire in slater residence hall.a spokesperson for the school says those students have been given temporary housing after a small fire broke out early saturday morning on the ninth floor.nobody was hurt and officials say it doesn't look like it was started on purpose. the republican presidential candidates have agreed on a series of demands, that will give them greater control of debates. this comes after their third debate last week, which was hosted by c-n-b-c.the moderators drew harsh criticism from campaigns and g-o-p officials alike. representatives from more than a dozen campaigns met behind closed doors for nearly two hours last night.ben carson's campaign manager barry bennett, said if their demands aren't met, they could look beyond television. "i think we can look beyond television partnerships - facebook, twitter, google, and youtube - they would all host a debate. they would all provide immediate feed for every television and broadcaster in america. you know, it is 2015 and not 1980 and we can do things a little differently." differently."the demands

a follow now to an iowa school bus driver driveraccused of hitting a 15- year-old student. student.60 year-old robert scarbrough was arrested on thursday. now a school official says that bus driver has only been working for the school distrcit a few months. he was hired in early august and did undergo a background check and training. training.students captured the incident on their cell phones. scarbrough assaulted the teen after he apparently refused to sit in his assigned seat. scarbrough was charged with assault and child endangerment, which could each put him in prison for two years.his first court date is december second. classes will start again this morning at winston-salem state univeristy after a deadly campus shooting over the weekend. weekend.19-year-old anthony white junior was killed -- and another student was injured in the shooting at the

historically black college.the gunman is still on the loose. a vigil was also held last night for three people who were shot and killed in colorado springs on saturday. police say the gunman was armed with a rifle and shot and killed a bicyclist and two women while they chatted on their porch.the gunman was killed in a shootout with police.hundreds of people in the community turned out with candles to show support. a dallas mother has been arrested on attempted murder charges for forcing her four-year-old child to ingest poison-- poison--dallas police said this woman also attempted to force her two older children to eat poison...but was unsuccessful.the four-year-old is hospitalized in stable condition...and the other two children, seven and twelve years old, are with a family member.she's being held on half-a-million-dollars bond at the dallas county jail. the n-t-s-b says wreckage believed to be the cargo ship -- el faro -- landed upright on the ocean floor.investigators say that will make it easier to find the black box -- and other clues about what happened when
