nick's attorneys called the allegations baseless. pat says she always had her doubts and even filed a restraining order against nick last year after he posted threats and photos of gun. >> how hard was that? >> we had a little hiccup with the restraining order. you know, she didn't understand it. the world saw she was angry and mad at me and she was texting me all along. and i really tried to show her, you know, you don't hav to be in a situation, you know, if something is bothering y y or you're not happy. and i >> the loss, especially hard because the family still hasn't come to grips with whitney's death. in 2013, they revisited the hotel roro where she passed away.y. >> when we went into the room, it was just so peaceful and calm. and i placed a flower at the tub and i just sat there just thinking.
