the british government now says the russian plane that crashed in egypt may have been brought down by an explosive. explosive.right now - british investigators are traveling to the region where the plane went down.britain has also suspended all flights to and from the area.earlier today - the egyptian government said d the coco-pit's voice recorder was partially damaged in the crash.aviation experts are still saying a full investigation could take months to complete. at least 41-people died when a russian-made cargo plane went down in south sudan early this morning.it was lifting off and witnesses say the pilot was able to divert the plane from crashing into a market.right now -- it's unclear how many of the v vtims were from the aircraft and how many were on the ground.

the kentucky county clerk who went to jail for refusing to issue marriage licences has a new legal fight. fight.attorneys for kim davis have asked a federal appeals court to reverse rulings made by a federal district judge. the rulings were the injunction for davis to issue same-sex marriage licenses and a court order holding her in contempt of court.davis was in the national spotlight t is summer for refusing to issue any marriage licenses after the supreme court ruling legalizing same-sex marriage. since she got out of jail -- davis' deputies have been issuing the licenses without her name title on them. romania is now without a prime minister. minister.victor ponta announced his resignation earlier today.it comes just days after a massive fire killed 32 people d injured another 150 in romania's capital city.in the aftermath -- protestors demanded change because of government safety standards and what they say is corruption by their leaders. we're geing a look from space of a powerful storm
