state athletic officials have decided to call off tomorrow's high school football championship games in cedar falls.they say they want to keep the thousand of fans and players safe by keeping them *off* the roads.tomorrow's games have been postponed

far, burglars have hit 67 homes across cedar rapids. rapids.there is something unique about the trend.cbs 2 news reporter dora miller talked with police and found out what you can do to protect your home. police say criminals are no longer using darkness to their advantage...they've been breaking into people's homes in broad daylight. daylight. there's a scary trend police say burglars are using to access your valuables. valuables. information tonight about a video allegedly released by isis threatening the white house and rome. rome.in a joint news conference with the justice department-- f-b-i director james comey said the threats are quote "not credible intelligence."right now the f-b-i is investigating the claims -- but says the video involved "troubled souls" enabled by isis messages online. cbs 2 news is also learning new information about the raid at an apartment that killed the man who planned the paris bombing.officials tonight identified the woman wearing a suicide vest inside the apartment as "hasna ait boulahcen."her family says until recently, she lived in the northern outskirts of paris. even though the suspected mastermind of the paris bombing--abdelhamid abaaoud--is now dead, authorities are still looking for one other suspect. fugitive salah abdeslam is still on the loose. u.s. and iraqi intelligence officials say isis is

weapons.they don't believe isis can develop sophistacted weapons like nerve gas.but it has used mustard gas in syria and against iraqi kurdish fighters. at the capitol, the republican led house approved a bill to put a syrian refugee resettlement program on hold. republicans say this allows for more screenings of the migrants, democratic call the plan a knee jerk reaction.the bill now moves to the senate and if it passes it could survive a possible presidential veto.iowa congressman steve king was one of just *two* republicans to vote against the bill.king says he voted against it because he feels the president shouldn't have the authority on refugees in the first place. congressman loebsack broke with democrats and voted *for* the bill.he says he still wants to bring thousands of refugees to the u-s but said quote "we must work together to make sure our screening processes are strong and effective so we can welcome
