anniversary. >> 25 yearar on the air. what would you say -- what shows have drawn the biggest audience? >> the more stupid the shws, the bigger the audience. >> that's your barometer. >> happy 25th anniversary mr. springer. >> i think honestly it's not the subject matter, it's the personality of the guest. >hen it debuted in 1991, jerry's show was actually quite tame. >> first show. >> after few years ofoft ratings he made a few adjustments. our first interview with him was in 1994. >> i think what makes our show different is that i'm different. phil is dierent from oprah, ifferent from sally, different from me. >> they are all gone. they are not on the air anymore. you are still standing. what's the difference? why? >> we have a niche that's not like -- our show is not like save civilization.
