a des moines man is now accused of killing his wife and teenage daughter. daughter.authorities were called to the home of amy and amber fraaken around seven last night.police say they were shot to death.barney fraaken was also found inside with what investigators believe are self-inflicted injuries.he is in custody in a des moines hospital.the killings are still under investigation, but police believe it was a domestic confict. the johnston school bus driver accused of assaulting a special needs student has resigned. resigned.robert scarbrough entered his resignation on november 13th, and it will be accepted today.last month cell phone video caught scarbrough hitting the student after witnesses say the teen became disruptive and threw something at him.scarbrough is charged with assault and child endangerment.

a suspect has been arrested in the murder of a pastor's pregnant wife in indiana. indiana.18-year-old larry taylor was arrested and charged overnight with the murder of amanda blackburn. blackburn was shot in the head on november tenth and died the next day.the murder happened at her family's home while her toddler son was there.the little boy was not hurt. no arrests have been made in the new orleans shooting from last night. night.16 people are now recovering from gun-shot wounds after two groups of people opened fire during a large gathering.all the victims were listed in serious condition, but nobody has died yet.police and the mayor of new orleans, are pleading for anybody with information to come forward. also in new orleans - authorities are searching for the person who shot at a tulane med student. surveillance video shows eurch cain trying to kidnap a woman when the student intervenes. cain then shoots the student
