the search for a missing waterloo teen has come to a tragic end. end.authorities have identified a body found over the weekend as 18-year-old moe sed.his body was pulled from the cedar river near gilbertville on sunday. sunday.sed was last seen alive near his home on the morning of october 22nd.right now - the state medical examiner is ruling his death "undetermined" until they complete their examination.sed was a senior at waterloo west high school.the school district sent out a statement after the news broke. broke.it said in part - that sed's family appreciates the support, but they want to grieve privately and are asking people not send them gifts or similar gestures. firefighters in cedar rapids have once again put out a fire at an address thev'e visited before. before.early this morning - crews responded to 15-28 l
