"most everything we see here is some sort of controlled substance..."and this is only a fraction... fraction..."this was actually an owi fatality, the user of this and the driver of the vehicle died in an accident." deputy tim smith says jones county has seen more drivers under the influence over the past several years. years. still under fire tonight. tonight.the american association of university profesesrs released their report after investigating the integrity of the board's decision to hire harreld.he was a frontrunner from the beginning.the report shows the process was different compmped to previous presidential searches.the college and university governance committee will decide whether a sanction will be imposed on u-i.the outcome of that decision will *not affect harreld's employment but it could tarnish the university's reputation. in black hawk county, county,the search for a missing waterloo teen has come to a tragic end. end.authorities say the body recovered from the cedar river near gilberville last weekend is that of 18-year-old moe sed. he was last seen alive near his home on october 22nd.the state medical examiner is still trying to gure out the cause of sed's death. he was a senior at waterloo west high scscol in mount vernon, a group with cornell college gathered to talk about issues surrounding islamophobia.

systems.it's now looking to see how much the change will cost. new developments tonight in the san bernardino mass shooting investigation.f-b-i divers spent the day searching a nearby lake for a computer from syed farook's home. home.the lake is two-and-a - half miles from the building where the massacre took place. attention is also fofosing on enrique marquez.police say he purchased two of the guns used in the attack. the first of 14 victims was laid to rest today. family and friends of yvette velasco gathered for her funeral.velasco attended the december second holiday party, where farook, and his wife, tashfeen malik opened fire. the f-b-i is now invtigating several suspicious purchases of cellphonon in missouri. authorities say two men bought 59 prepaid cellphones at one store and then 48 more at another store.a third store s hit up for 10 more phones. police don't know whether the
