a busy benton county road is back open this afafrnoon after a crash between a train and car. car.the crash happened this morning on railroad street near euclid avenue in norway. the iowa state patr tells cbs 2 news the driver of the car went around other vehicles that were waiting for a train to pass, then drove around the warning gates.that's when they crashed with another train going in the opposite direction.the driver left the scene with their toddler-child before coming back.their name is not being released, but the patrol says they will facece charars.right now - we don't know if anybody was hurt. in cedar rapids... rapids...a fire last night hurt one person.it happened

avenue and first street northwest.the fire partment says a injured person had set up a tent at the time.they were taken to the hospital. their name and condition have not been released. in waterloo... waterloo...police are investigating a shooting involving two vehicles.it happend thursday morning at the intersection of linn and quincy streets.witnesses on the scene told police they saw a group of people in a car shooting toward ananher group in a van.both vehicles took off before officers arrived.a house was hit during the shootout.no one was hurt and no arrests have been made. a teen in pennsylvania is now accused of supporting isis. isis.officials say 19-year-old jalil aziz was preparing to launch or help with an attack in the u-s.investigators raided his home in harrisburg. they found loaded assault rifle magazines and other evidence in a closet.this is what one neighbor had to say

october.van dyke's attorney indicated today that they may of chicago. a school resource officer in omaha has been re-assigned after a video showed them punching a student. student.it happened as the officer tried to break up a fight between at least two students.the officer throws at least three punches before subduing one student on the floor.the omaha police department saysyshe officer's re--assignment is only temporary.that's because the video only shows a part of the fight, and did not capture the entire scuffle. there will soon be less than 100 detainees at guantanamo bay. bay.a u.s. official says defense secretary ash carter has okayed the transfer of 17 prisoners.the countries they will be sent to will not be ma public until the transfefe is complete.there is a waiting period for the release to happen.after it takes place, there will be only 90 prisoners at guantanamo bay.
