universe pageant.she tried to drive away -- but was tracked down in a parking lot.a toddler was also in the car with her during the rampage. people were punching the window trying to get the apparently child out of the backseat, and she accelerated again and just kept mowing everyone down. " ""it literally looked like she wasn't even trying to stop the car. she was just sitting there like looking straight forward not even moving." moving."both the driver and the toddler were not hurt. right now -- investigators are looking through surveillance video.drug and alcohol tests have already been completed to see if the woman was impaired. the man who bought the rifles used in the san bernardino shooting is in court today. today.a detention hearing is being held for enrique marquez -- he's the former neighbor of shooters syed farook and tashfeen malik.marquez is charged for buying the rifles so farook wouldn't have to go through a background check. farook and malik killed 14- people using those guns during a holiday party on december second.marquez is also accused of plotting two other attacks with farook that were never

hearing and arraignment for him are set for next month. belgian authorities have arrested 5 people after two days of raids related to the paris terrorist attacks. attacks.officials didin't find any weapons or explosives -- and right now authorities are not identifying the people they detained.prosecutors say phone records analysis led to sunday's raids.multiple homes were raided were in the same area that the suspected ringleader in the attacks had lived before. overseas -- a bomb scare on an air france flight turned out to be a false alarm -- but still forced the plane into an emergency landing.the paris bound flight ended up landing in kenya after a suspicious device was found in a restroom. the jet was flying from a resort island in the indian ocean -- to paris.no one was hurt and four people are being questioned.
