u-s army sergeant bowe berghdal has made his first appearance in front of a military judge. judge.bergdahl faces charges of desertion and misbehavior in front t the enemy - for leaving his post before being captured by the taliban in 2009.during his hearing this morning, bergdahl deffered a plea.he also did not decide whether he wants to face a court-martial with a jury, or only face a judge.bergdahl was

with the rose bowl getting closer, the eastern iowa airport is making accomodations for hawkeye fans. fans.the airport is scheduled to have thirteen charter planes head to pasadena next tuesday.airport officials say they'll have more staff around to help with parking, check in and security..charter passengers will have two t-s-a lines open for use.avelers will also be welcomed by an iowa hawkeye football field display. chipotle.cbs 2 news reporter stephanie johnson joins us in the studio with more on the latest trouble for the fast food chain.stephanie? stephanie?that's right karen, the center for disease control and prevention is investigating five naw cases of a rare rain of e.coli linked to the restaurant. the five new cases are linked to the same strain as the other 53 cases but this strain of e.coli has a different dna fingerprint. recently, five people have fallen illllter eating at the restaurant. two people in kansas and five people in oklahoma. however, these new reports are not aring ny okalahomians away. fewer americans have high- speed internet in their homes. homes.that's according to a new study from the pew research center.the high costs of broadband connections and the convenience of smart- phones are big reasons for the shift.researchers say two- thirds of americans hhe high- speed internet at home.that's three-percent lower than two years ago. starbuck's expects record gift card sales on christmas eve. eve.last year, nearly two- and-a-half llion starbucks cards were purchased on december 24th.that works out to about 17-hundred cards per
