calling for video to be released in the police shooting death of jamar clark. a new jersey grand jury has indicted the truck driver who slammed into a limo carrying actor tracy morgan. authorities now say driver fatigue lily caused the august crash.they say kevin roper hadn't slept in 2 2hours and failed to slow down despite posted warning signs. the crash seriously injured morgan and killed another comedian.roper is now charged with aggravated manslaughter, , vevecular homicide, and 8 counts of aggravated assault. now ten at ten continues with a look at tonight's other stories across the corridor. in marion,police are asking people hoping to by tickets to the rose bowl to be on the look out for con artists.they say someone is driving a white hyundai sonata with washington state license plates selling fake tickets to the game.if you see this person you are asked to call marion police. in cedar rapids, first resonders spent hours
