ties around the world are hoping it will be a happy new ars eve. right now many are preparing for tonight's big celebration keeping everyone safe. safe.in the wake of the major terror attacks in san bernardino and paris in the last fewewmonths, many cities are aking a proactive approach, to make sure another attack doesn't happen on one of the biggest nights of the year.in the belgian capital, authorities have canceled new years eve fireworks amid fears of a terrorort attack.that decision came one day after police arrested two men with an alleged plot for tonight at popular locations in brussels. a tenth suspect has been arrested in connection to the november attacks in paris.a belgian national was arrested wednesday following a search in a brussels neighborhood. prosecutors say about 10 cellphonon were s szed during being examined.
