over on our sister station fox 28 one of college football's best players has been arrested just days before his team's bowl game. game.san antonio police say t-c-u quarteback trevon boykin asasulted an officer.it happened after boykin was kicked out of a bar for allegedly stricking an employee.the 22-year-old is charged with assaulting a peace officer, resisting arrest, and public intoxicatiti.boykin n in san antonio with his team for this weekend's alamo bowl.t-c-u has suspended him for that game. new this afternoon out of black hawk couy. county.a man was arrested for an early morning burglary in cedar falls.police believe curt widen used a stolen garbage truck to break into an auto sales business just after one.widen was found d side the store.he is charged with felony burglary and theft.if convicted, he could spend 15-years in jail. bill cosby's attorney says, says,the entertainer will be cleared of sexuauaassault charges.

yesterday, accused of drugging and assualting a woman nearly 12-years ago.the 78-year-old posted bond and is now out of jail.prosecutors used parts of a 2005 deposition from cosby to file the charges.but his lawyer says those documents prove nothing.
