to a bar on the 200-block of east fourth street.nearby - they found a group of people. people.when officers approached - they heard gunshots from that group.one person was hit and taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.during the incident - one officer fired a single round at an armed suspect, but missed. several armed suspects were arrested.an investigation is on-going at this time. in cedar falls - two people were hurt in a hit and run.it happened in an alley next to a bar in the 400-block of main street. street.police say there was a fight before the collision, and its believed those who were hit were involved in that altercation.the two people hit were taken to the hospital. another person involved in the fight also had to be treated. the incident remains under investigation. policies for police body cameras in iowa don't meet recommeded standards according to a new report. report.according to the des moines register - one standard that comes up short is public involvement and awareness.the paper says the public has not been involved in drafting
